- Role : SOURCING ASSOCIATE
- Experience Required: 0-2 years in working both soft and hard goods(apparel/clothes and accessories).
- Availability : Must be able to join in Max 15 Days
- Working days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturday are off)
- CTC : 1.8 LPA

**What You'll do**
- We are looking for a dependable,proactive,quicklearning and flexible person to help us with market research,communicate with our suppliers and push the production process from the final line plan to the final product
- Along with your resume,please include a cover letter with details on why you would be fit perfectly for our entrepreneurial supply chain team,and a strong addition to our broader VIDA Team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in sourcing for domestic and international production of VIDA products.
- Follow up on samples sent - monitor sampling timelines.
- Help to prepare, join and follow up on action points coming out of the product development and product review meetings.
- Aid in product testing and quality checks
- ensuring QC standards are met.
- Input data in various management sheets in Google,Excel,and partner portals.
- Assist in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement more effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with product and supply chain within VIDA operations team to ensure all needs are met.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities,meet deadlines and work under pressure,while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

**ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience in apparel and accessories production/sourcing required,product Development experience preferred.
- Must have experience in working with both soft and hard goods (apparel/clothes and accessories
- ex.bags,mask,scarves,and other health-related products).
- Experience working with international small companies or startups.
- strong knowledge of apparel accessories manufacturing practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Detail-Oriented,a great multitasker,a creative problem solver,good at prioritizing,and with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced,growing,and ambitious environment.
- previous experience/exposure to international factories/vendors required,Turkey,India,Pakistan,China,and USA preferred.
