**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students regarding outstanding fee payments.
- Follow up on payment arrangements and provide payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and payments received.
- Address any questions or concerns from students in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking of payments.

**Skills Required**:

- Computer Knowledge
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
- Maintaining the database

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum education of 12th grade or above (Graduation preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate payment plans.
- Previous experience in customer service or collections is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
