- **Summary**:Role of Team Leader to provide a professional and timely services as per

client’s requirements in terms of:

- audit, taxation, accounting, compliance and advisory services
- departmental assessments, audits & submissions

and to provide proactive management support to the firm.
- **Job Title**:Professional Executive
- **Office Location**: Gavipuram Extension, Near Bull Temple Road, Bangalore.
- **Specific Skills**:

- Transfer Pricing Reporting and Documentation
- MIS Reporting
- Working knowledge of SAP, Tally Prime
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, supervise teams and manage client relationships and to adhere with the work deadlines.
- To implement, maintain and co-ordinate the process, systems, procedures and policies related to the overall working of the firm and the client’s requirements.
- Co-ordinating in implementation and handling of Office Management Software and other relevant software used in the firm and ability to learn firm/client’s specific software skills.
- Updating of amendments/changes in the Laws to provide proactive services to the Clients/Firm.
- To provide required training to the juniors/ team members and to supervise them in their day-to-day workings.
- Willingness and Open to learn new skills/ work in line with the client’s requirements whether existing or new set of clients.
- **General Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with well organised and detail-oriented approach.
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task with good planning, follow up, co-ordination and logistic skills.
- Good at Team Work
- Adept at working with MS Office.
- Discretion and trustworthiness towards the confidential information being handled.
- Preferred known languages: English, Kannada and Hindi.
- **Preferred Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant**
- **Experience**:0 to 3 years
