Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit and Taxation Executive to join our finance team. The role involves supporting statutory audits, preparing financial statements, handling taxation compliance, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Statement Preparation

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

Audit Support

  • Assist in planning and execution of statutory and tax audits.
  • Perform reconciliations and verify financial data to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare audit working papers and assist in documenting audit findings.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare and file Income Tax, GST, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Assist in compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, etc.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • CA Final candidate / IPC / IPCC with completed Articleship Training, OR a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
