**Position**: Auditing and Taxation

**Qualification**:CA inter, articles

**Experience Level**: 3+ Yrs.

**Responsibilities**
- Proficient in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Responsible for GST Return, annexures preparation and filing
- Ensure that all the periodical returns are filed at GST portal & Payment before the due dates
- Handling and finalizing of audits for India Companies
- Drafting Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts
- Drafting tax computation and Deferred tax accounting
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP & compliance
- Drafting and reviewing Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Verification of Direct and Indirect tax monthly and yearly compliances
- GST & TDS Filing, ROC Filing & ROC compliances, Company Incorporation
- Maintenance statutory registers & periodic tax returns
- Preparing Tax Audit report and finalizing tax audits
- Statutory compliance including documentation and assessments
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Involved in tax audit and Preparing reconciliation and schedules for completion of tax assessments

**Preferred Skills**
- Auditing experience for Indian client. Overseas client will be an added advantage.
- Hands on with Accounting standards, Audit methodologies and execution.
- Audit exposure of IFRS compliant client knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Must have worked/operated Tally
- Should have good knowledge in MS Word and Excel

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
