
Guest Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Host guests during their stay
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback professionally.
- Manage booking systems, guest records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Ensure smooth front office operations and uphold CGH hospitality values.
**Requirements**:
- Prior hotel/front office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic administrative and computer skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and service-minded attitude.
