Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment such as saws, shears, drills, grinders, and welding machines
- Fabricate and weld components and structures according to specifications and design requirements
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all fabricated components and structures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to identify and resolve fabrication issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fabrication processes and improve product quality
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project timelines and milestones are met
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, welding, and metalworking
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, drilling, and welding
- Experience with a variety of tools and equipment, including saws, shears, drills, grinders, and welding machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
