**Job Summary**:
The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fabrication department, ensuring that all activities meet production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves managing a team of fabricators, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and other manufacturing personnel.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Address and resolve any personnel issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Ensure production goals are met by managing schedules, resources, and workflow.
- Monitor the fabrication process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of work and equipment to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to develop and refine fabrication techniques.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training and ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Oversee the inspection and testing of fabricated components to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and components required for fabrication.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of fabrication equipment and tools.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including time logs, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, issues, and improvements to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology) is preferred
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent understanding of fabrication techniques, materials, and machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily based in a fabrication shop or manufacturing facility.
- May require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in varying temperatures.
- Some overtime or shift work may be required to meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
