**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- **Production Oversight**: Monitor daily production activities, ensuring that schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet specifications and quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to industry regulations.
- **Safety Management**: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to address production issues and implement improvements.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on production metrics, downtime, and workforce performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 4-5 years of experience in production supervision within the sheet metal and fabrication industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes, fabrication techniques, and industry standards.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- **Education**: A degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- CNC milling machine: 2 years (preferred)
