**Job Summary**:
Vadodara Windows is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented In-house Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, with limited outside office visits. You will work closely with our external sales team to provide administrative support, develop and maintain customer relationships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the external sales team, including preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their questions and concerns and providing product recommendations based on their needs

Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and pricing

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field

2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Ability to travel occasionally to meet with customers and attend industry events
