To check for the daily complaints in complaint register of each floor.
- Forward the complaint to respective maintenance person.
- Do the follow up of solved problems by checking it and again do the needful if not solved.
- Take rounds of preventive maintenance periodically for electrical, plumbing, fire extinguishers etc
- Do the follow up for AMCs, CMCs and warranties for equipments.
- Trouble shooting for routine hardware and software problems.
- Training the staff for the same.
- Work for facility maintenance and safety measures and keep a check of it periodically.
- Condemn and scrap management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,578.63 - ₹49,063.60 per month
