Maintenance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

 Plant Maintenance for Productivity Improvement
 Monitor Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
 Plan, Execute and Monitor the Daily Maintenance Plan to enhance the Serviceability of
Mechanical/Electrical System.
 Plan, Schedule, Execute and Monitor the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance to minimize Breakdown.
 Knowledge of Winding Machines, Vacuum Pump, Autoclave Cycle, Transformer Oil Filtration Plant,
Helium Leak Testing Machine, EOT, Jib Crane, Electrical Oven, Evacuation and Oil Flooding Station
 Inventory Management
 Monitor and Control Spare Parts Inventory, Ensuring the availability of Critical Components and
minimizing excess Inventory.
 Maintaining and Ordering of Inventory as per requirement minimum maximum stock level.
 Co-ordinate with Procurement Department to ensure timely availability of all required spares
 Use ERP for managing maintenance and the Spare Parts associated with the Plant.
 Track Delivery schedules and maintain inventory levels for timely availability.
 Maintenance of Utilities
 Monitoring of efficient operation and maintenance of D.G. Set, Air Compressor, Chiller Plant, LT Panel,
Transformer, RMU Unit.
 Planning and Execution of Energy Saving and Improvement Project.
 Ensure Legal Compliance Tracker adherence and monitoring.
 Breakdown of Plant Machineries
 Diagnosing Machineries Malfunctions and Implement necessary repairs.
 Responding Immediately to Machineries Breakdown.
 Ensure Availability of Spare Parts of Machine to Minimum Breakdown.
 Replace Parts or Perform adjustments to correct issues.
 Drive a Culture in which work is done correctly first time and re-work is eliminated.
 Monitoring of Breakdown Report with CAPA.

 Collaborate with Production teams to minimize disruptions and downtime.
 Monitoring of Plant Breakdown with low MTTR, MTBF.
 EHS Compliance and Safety
 Ensure maintenance is executed in compliance with EHS Requirements.
 Contribute to the development of EHS related procedures in support of maintenance activities.
 Support the development, implementation, sustainability of 5S activity in Plant.
 Report any Safety Incident to the EHS Team for Near Miss, Safety Incident, Workplace Inspection,
Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition.
 Monitoring of Legal Compliance Tracker of Machineries.
 Team Management
 Regularly Inspecting and Assigning the daily Maintenance Activities and take Actions as required
 Communicate, Providing Guidance, Training to Engineers and Technicians.
 Allocating work to team members.
 Collaborate with Machine Vendors for AMC and Renewal of it.
 Maintenance Budget
 Accountable for keeping maintenance expenditure within budgetary constraints.
 Cost Estimation of Spare Parts, Critical Spare Parts, monitoring and controlling of revenue budget.
 Continuous Improvements
 Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements and reduce maintenance
requirements.
 Develop and Implement Solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
 Capex/New Projects
 Execution of plant expansion projects with OTD in co-ordination with/without project team availability
 Timely execution of CAPEX items as per requirement
 Adherence to ISO & Legal requirements
 Able to manage 100% documents duly evident as per ISO requirement on time
 Need to cater internal/External/Vendor audit finding on time with appropriate back up
 Strict adherence of EHS/QMS/COC and other legal policy
