**Job description**

i. Responsible for handling Imports/ exports/ Shipping operations

ii. Liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with

iii. Respective Factory/ Customer/ Forwarder/ Carrier / CHA s

iv. Preparation of Import Export Documents

v. Knowledge of L/C, Pre Shipment and Post Shipment Documentation for Import and Export & coordinate with Bankers for the Same

vi. Attend and monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries

vii. Coordinate with Local and Overseas Suppliers, Forwarders, Transporters and Warehouse On Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods

viii. Preparation of Documents for various Government incentive schemes

ix. Banking work - Outward Payments, and other banking foreign trade works

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
