**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Answer inbound and outbound calls, handle live chat conversations, and manage video calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Problem Resolution**: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with product offerings, policies, and services to assist customers with accurate information.
- **Order Assistance**: Help customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and any other order-related inquiries.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Engage with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and offer additional support or guidance.
- **Customer Retention**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, aiming to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with other teams (e.g., sales, inventory) to resolve customer issues and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer relationship role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to handle video calls effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
