**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and sales through strategic content and campaigns. If you’re skilled in social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Create and curate high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You tube and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Run paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or related roles (1-3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, You tube and Pinterest for business purposes.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, especially in content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
