Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, monitor social media accounts, analyse trends, and interact with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to grow social media accounts.
- To handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Etsy
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitor company social media accounts, engaging with users and fostering positive interactions.
- Establish methods for identifying and archiving online customer reviews, leveraging feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 1+ years in social media management in têxtile field, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager
