**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell **Company products**.
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Share feedback with the product team based on customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- **Proven sales experience** (outbound calling experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
- Strong verbal communication skills (Intermediate to Fluent English).
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard working hours**:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)**
