Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records as needed.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide accurate information about the organization and its services.
- Address and resolve inquiries or direct them to appropriate departments.
- Handle guest sign-ins and issue visitor badges in line with security protocols.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering with vendors.
- Assist with event planning and preparations for office activities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
