Summary:
As an Operations Delivery Executive at Espial Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our digital marketing services, ensuring timely and quality execution of client projects. You will collaborate closely with our expert team to optimize processes, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management:versee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Client Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance:Monitor the quality of deliverables, conducting regular reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements, managing team workload and capacity.
- Client Reporting:Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in operations management within a digital marketing or related environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
