**Process**: US Voice Customer Service Process (Spanish and English Language),

**Salary**:Rs.70000 CTC, 63.4k In-hand

**Notice: Only immediate joiners (Joining on 03rd Jan 2025)**

**Experience**: 6 months of International Call Center experience

**Education**: Any grad, undergrad, or fresher with good comm. skills can apply

**Shift**: Night shifts

**Working Days**:05 days a week working, no cab
- Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Translate documents and communications as needed.
- Provide clear communication in both Spanish and English.
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and engagement.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Spanish (B2 level) and English.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Strong process management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
