We are looking for skilled professionals proficient in Spanish to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong communication skills in Spanish along with the ability to support Spanish-speaking clients effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients.

Translate and interpret documents, communications, and meetings as needed.

Provide clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Assist in developing and maintaining customer support materials in Spanish.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation in both languages.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

US Shifts, No Transport Facility provided

Fluency in Spanish (Minimum B2 Level)

Proven experience in process management, project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
