We move fast, learn every day, and take bold steps to reach real users. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our growth and product teams to scale our digital presence and user acquisition.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
- Help with ad copywriting, creative testing, and campaign structuring.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and generate performance reports.
- Work closely with design, product, and analytics teams to drive conversions.
- Explore A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign results.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interest in digital marketing, performance ads, and growth strategies.
- Basic knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta Ads) is a plus.
- Comfort with data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
- Creativity with a data-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup.

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**:

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or tools like Canva.
- Prior internships or personal projects related to digital marketing.
