**Internship Details**

This is a performance-driven internship, where exceptional interns demonstrating outstanding performance will be offered a full-time role with a competitive compensation package.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective campaigns to promote BOSC Tech Labs’ services.
- Engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of our IT solutions and services.
- Support the preparation of marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Participate in client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Track and evaluate the success of sales and marketing strategies, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client deliverables.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome).
- **Skills**:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of IT services and market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Passion for sales and marketing in the IT sector.
- High levels of enthusiasm, commitment, and a self-driven attitude.
- **Other Qualities**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
