**Position: Performance Marketer**
**Location**:Gandhinagar **(On-site)**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Support in budget management and allocation to maximize campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Coordinate with senior marketers to implement strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and spreadsheets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and content teams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and tools.
- Good communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
