**Synopsis of the role**
Responsible for our Analytics practice which is rapidly expanding and works with clients in the BFSI vertical. The incumbent is accountable for leading large teams and delivering analytical solutions in the areas of Retail BankMarketing and Risk Analytics for
clients in India and the Middle East. This is a senior role with primary responsibilities on Analytics Delivery, Presales support and
building the Analytics practice.

**What you’ll do**
Experience in working on regulatory requirements from a Scores and MRM perspective.
Proficiency in one or more analytic languages (R, Python and SAS).
Proven ability to architect and engineer machine-learning pipelines with online / real-time features.
Ability to speak authoritatively with customers on relevant topics.
Ability to collaborate with customers to frame and define ill-structured problems and design effective solution approaches.
An excellent oral and written communicator with highly technical and non-technical EFX leaders, partners, and customers.
A proven ability to establish rapport, persuade others, ask insightful questions, and promote understanding across all levels of the organization.
Substantial prior experience making formal presentations to large and senior-level groups, as well as in smaller and less formal settings.
A champion of change, able to influence others to adopt new concepts and practices.
An effective time and project manager, able to balance a highly variable workload in a fast-paced environment.
A critical thinker and creative problem solver.

**What experience you need**
Work closely with Financial clients in India and the Middle East to deliver analytical solutions.
Work closely with Credit Bureau to offer predictive modeling solutions incorporating bureau data.
Understand client’s business requirements in terms of analytical needs and manage a High-class delivery team to deliver suitable ROI on analytical projects.
Project manage multiple engagements through project charters, project plans, resource management, etc.
Provide thought leadership to projects and help develop solutions and deliver analytical outputs

Mentor and groom junior consultants and analysts within the team.

**What could set you apart**
15 plus years’ experience in handling BFSI analytics for large KPO’s or banks in India or overseas.
Extensive knowledge on Risk Analytics and underwriting strategy from an Analytics perspective.
Highly analytical with experience of handling teams and clients.
Excellent exposure to Modeling techniques and experience on Python, SAS, R etc.
Strategic orientation and client advisory experience.
Self-starter with high energy levels and ability to lead and inspire teams.
Ability to understand BFSI business drivers.
Exposure to unstructured data analytics, machine learning, Cloud computing / analytics and Big Data a plus
