**Opportunity**

AM (Asset Management) is looking to hire Test Analysts for our TCoE (Test center of excellence) based in Bangalore. As a TCoE, you will be supporting multiple AM projects with the focus on Quality & Automation. This role would require taking ownership of the complete product test life cycle from requirements to sign off. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated engineers who can collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders and proactively contribute towards test delivery, process, automation, infrastructure, tools and test coverage.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with the Business to understand project requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Contribute to Test plan, Test strategy, Test case design and execution.
- Conduct functional, regression and UAT testing to validate the requirements.
- Identify and report defects, issues or discrepancies found during testing and effectively communicate to the relevant stake holders. Maintain accurate and up to date documentation.
- Lead release efforts from test and certification of product releases across various platforms.
- Automation design & development and able to build a CI/CD pipeline.
- Proven experience in evaluating & implementing automation tools, testing & building test frameworks.
- Setup test environment and test data during test execution and take ownership of the complete test life cycle.
- Proficiency in Lean, Agile & DevOps practices, and tools.
- Ensure the software complies with banking regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Advocate testing best practices, processes and tools and staying abreast with the latest industry trends.
- Provide mentorship, training sessions & guidance to juniors.
- Excellent communication skills and effectively collaborating with clients and relevant stake holders
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- 9 to 13 years of overall testing experience with minimum of 5+ years in investment banking products.
- Extensive experience in UAT & Regression testing with good exposure in software quality test processes.
- 5+ years of proven experience in building Automation Frameworks using SQL, Java, Python,.NET, TOSCA, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Git Hub etc.
- Drive Test Automation Effort and build test suite for continuous testing.
- Proficient in Test management Tools like JIRA / QC/ ALM
- Excellent programming and analytical skills.

**What additional skills will be good to have?**
- Experience in an investment bank, hedge fund or private equity firm preferred with successful track record in testing banking products.
- Experience with asset management industry
