**As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will**:

- **Engage Clients**:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide property details.
- **Present Properties**:
Showcase properties on site as well as use virtual tours, photos, and brochures.

Highlight property features and benefits to attract buyers.
- **Facilitate Sales Process**:
Guide clients from interest to property viewing and negotiation.

Coordinate viewings and assist in contract completion.
- **Stay Informed**:
Keep updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Conduct market analysis to set appropriate pricing strategies.
- **Manage Documentation**:
Assist clients with paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations.

Handle legal and administrative aspects of transactions.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
Set and monitor sales targets aligned with organizational goals.

Implement strategies to maximize sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, and industry best practices.
