**Location**: Vandana Building 12f 11, Atul Grove Road, Janpath, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in E-commerce operations

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **E-commerce Executive** to manage product listings, order processing, and sales growth across leading online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and others. The role involves daily coordination with the e-commerce team, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales through effective product management and marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Catalog Management**:

- Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information, images, pricing, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Monitor and update inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- **Order & Inventory Management**:

- Process daily orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch.
- Track, update, and reconcile stock levels across platforms.
- Handle returns, cancellations, and related queries.
- **Advertising & Campaign Management**:

- Create and manage sponsored ads and promotional campaigns across different platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and report on ROI.
- **Sales Growth & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop sales strategies, seasonal offers, and promotions.
- Analyze sales data, competitor trends, and market opportunities to maximize growth.
- Drive revenue by implementing creative campaigns and platform-specific growth tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1+ years of experience** in managing e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, etc.
- Knowledge of order management, inventory handling, and digital advertising.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
