**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training modules on aviation operations, cabin crew duties, ground staff responsibilities, grooming standards, and customer service in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills to students.
- Create training materials, presentations, and multimedia resources to support instructional delivery and enhance learning outcomes.
- Organize and facilitate mock interviews, role-playing scenarios, and simulation exercises to prepare students for real-world challenges and job interviews.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, presentations, and practical demonstrations, and provide timely feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, airlines, and hospitality organizations to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and coach students to develop professional attitudes, communication skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities essential for success in the aviation and hospitality sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance assessments, and student progress to track learning outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.
- Uphold Airon Academy's values of integrity, excellence, professionalism, and commitment to student success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on cabin crew training, ground operations, or related areas.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for aviation professionals, cabin crew, or hospitality staff.
- In-depth knowledge of airline operations, cabin crew duties, safety procedures, customer service standards, and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in evaluating mock interviews, role-playing exercises, and simulation scenarios to assess competency and readiness for employment.
- Excellent presentation skills, instructional design abilities, and proficiency in using training aids and multimedia resources.
- Certifications or qualifications in aviation safety, cabin crew training, customer service, or related areas will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic training environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
