**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance in selecting home appliances based on their needs and preferences.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Demonstrate the operation and use of appliances to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating the cash register, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Home Appliances section, including product displays and demonstration areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor or inventory control team.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including understanding the latest features, technologies, and trends in home appliances.
- Upsell and cross-sell related accessories or extended warranties to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales.
- Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the home appliances industry, is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of home appliances.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of different appliances.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to upsell products.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
