- Assist in the selection and procurement of merchandise that meets the company's quality and profitability standards
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the merchandise landscape
- Collaborate with senior buyers to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, adjusting orders as necessary to optimize stock
- Prepare reports on merchandise performance and provide insights to enhance purchasing strategies
- Participate in seasonal planning and merchandising strategies to ensure alignment with brand goals

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in retail or merchandising, preferably in a buying or purchasing role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

- Experience with inventory management systems and merchandise planning software
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences in the retail industry

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with retail management software and ERP systems
- Understanding of supply chain management principles

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- A passion for retail and a keen eye for trends and styles

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
