**Position**-BIM Revit Modeler

**Experience**: 5-10 Years

**Software Required**:

- Revit

**Job Location**-Navi Mumbai

Qualifications Required:

- **Education**: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and Revit software.
- Previous work on electrical systems within the BIM environment.
- Understanding of electrical design principles and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
**BIM Modeling**:

- Develop detailed 3D models of electrical systems using Revit.
- Ensure models meet project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with other discipline models (architecture, structure, MEP)

**Design Documentation**:

- Create and update electrical design drawings and documents.
- Generate construction documents from the Revit models.
- Prepare detailed schematics and layouts for electrical systems.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs within the overall BIM model.
- Attend coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct model audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain model integrity and compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Perform clash detection and resolve issues in the models.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize BIM software tools, especially Revit, for modeling and documentation.

**Project Management**:

- Manage and track model updates and revisions.
- Support project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Assist in preparing project schedules and resource allocation.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and Revit advancements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance BIM skills.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on BIM best practices.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Proficient in Revit and BIM methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
