FMEA Facilitator for Automotive EE Systems
- Good knowledge on Automotive electronics
- Technical knowhow on various Automotive EE systems
- Hands on experience in DFMEA at EE System level
- Must be able to understand the component level decoding of EE systems
- DFMEA reviews on System Architecture and requirements
- Co-ordinate with Key stakeholders, Technical Experts, and calibration engineers for System/Vehicle level inputs
- Collect legacy data and field-testing report for systeM/Functions
- Collect and analyze the data from field, service feedback
- Deriving technical requirements for failsafe design
- Knowledge on the AIAG/VDA Standard
- Basic knowledge on ISO 26262 Automotive Functional Safety and ISO 21434 Cyber Security
- Communication skill
- Knowledge on FMEA tools like Plato E1NS added advantage
- Knowledge on Document management in Repository/SharePoint/DMS
- Project status reporting and tracking
