**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cataloging & Listings Management**:

- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, images, keywords).
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Myntra, etc.).
- Manage variations, categories, pricing, and product mapping effectively.
- **Performance & Growth**:

- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, revenue, and market share.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, ACOS, impressions, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
- Increase product visibility and organic rankings through SEO and promotional activities.
- **PPC & Paid Marketing**:

- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, etc.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.
- Run experiments (A/B testing, keyword optimization, campaign structuring).
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive end-to-end sales growth on e-commerce platforms.
- Implement cross-selling, bundling, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze competitor performance and develop pricing strategies.
- **Operations & Account Management**:

- Handle order fulfillment, returns, and inventory planning.
- Ensure smooth account health, compliance, and dispute resolution with platforms.
- Liaise with marketplaces for promotional opportunities, deals, and events.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven expertise** (5+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably with a **brand/manufacturer background.**:

- Strong knowledge of **cataloging, PPC, SEO, sales growth strategies, account management, and promotions.**:

- Hands-on experience with **Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.**:

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in **Excel, Analytics tools, and Reporting dashboards.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
