**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operations**:

- Operate and maintain Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines efficiently.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure proper functionality of machinery.
- **Production Process**:

- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and CAD/CAM files.
- Program machines using G-code and M-code, ensuring precision in machining processes.
- Perform machining operations such as drilling, milling, turning, and finishing to meet quality standards.
- Maintain close tolerances and ensure dimensional accuracy of automotive components.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Identify and rectify deviations or non-conformities in machining processes.
- Ensure all work complies with industry and company quality standards.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct routine maintenance of CMC/VMC machines to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Provide technical guidance to junior operators when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
