**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate CNC and VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
- **Setup**: Set up machines for production by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and workpieces.
- **Programming**: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machine settings and operations.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts, making adjustments as necessary.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Safety**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BE in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience operating CNC and VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and instruments.
- Basic programming skills for CNC machines.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., automotive, aerospace, manufacturing].
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
