**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

As a CNC & VMC Operator at Senwell Exports Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to produce precision aerospace and electrical components. Your expertise in machine operation and attention to detail will contribute to the high-quality standards of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Set up CNC and VMC machines for production runs, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to design specifications.
- Operate machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.

**Tooling and Fixture Management**:

- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for machining operations.
- Monitor tool wear and make necessary adjustments to maintain machining accuracy.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks during production runs to ensure components meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Make real-time adjustments to machine settings to address deviations.

**Maintenance and Basic Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC and VMC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Identify and report any issues requiring advanced maintenance or troubleshooting.

**Production Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to optimize machine settings for improved efficiency and reduced cycle times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production processes.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machines.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including setup details, tool changes, and quality control data.
- Complete production logs and reports as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a CNC & VMC operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or electrical component production.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC and VMC machines.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality components.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
