reaching out to potential students and providing them with information about our courses
- Making outbound calls to potential students
- Providing information about our courses and answering any questions
- Scheduling trial classes and follow-up calls
- Follow up with the leads and convert them to the enrolled students
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions with potential students
- Coordinate with staff, instructors and students for taking admissions and smooth functioning of the process.
- taking leads from social media and calling.
- reponding to all queries from customers.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English & Malayalam (preferred)
