POSITION TITLE: Executive Lab Chemist DEPARTMENT:
R&D LOCATION:

- Plans and performs laboratory assignments, customer trials, tests and assembles experimental apparatus, and operates various machines and testing equipment in evaluation of products.
- Records experimental data, makes calculations and presents data covering work.
- Regularly communicates progress of, and requirements to complete assigned work with manager and project teams.
- Keep Lab records and maintain instruments.
- Develops test procedures and policies for evaluating raw materials, work in process and finished products
- Document product design and performance specifications.
- Run laboratory experiments independently
- Trouble shooting
- Maintain hygiene in lab and use tools like 5S
- Maintain EHS of lab.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/PERSON PROFILE - Chemical laboratory practices

Chemical analysis tools - Conversant with physical, inorganic and organic analysis
- Support in developing/improving test methods and implement them proactively in laboratory.
- Compliance of laboratory with Sealed Air safety regulations
- Manage technical database - knowledge of the chemistry and formulation,
- must be self-motivated,
- creative
- high-level of energy
- R&D tools and techniques,
- problem solving skills essential,
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customers, Testing labs
- Marketing, Business heads and Value Chain.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION/TRAINING - Bachelor in Science / Diploma in Chemical or equivalent
- 1-3 yrs of experience in chemical, detergent, surfactant / FMCG Industry.
- Masters in Science - 0-2 yrs of experience in chemical, detergent, surfactant / FMCG Industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
