About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Science Lab In-Charge to manage our school’s science labs, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and fully-equipped environment for students and teachers. Beyond lab duties, this role will also involve collaboration across departments, organizing school events, and supporting a wide range of educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lab Management: Oversee daily operations of the science labs, including maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Teacher & Student Support: Assist science teachers with preparing and setting up experiments, and offer hands-on support to students during lab sessions.

Event Coordination: Organize and assist with various school events, including open houses, parent-teacher meetings, and other school-wide activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with teachers from different departments to support cross-curricular projects and school initiatives.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for lab inventory, usage, and safety compliance, and provide reports to school administration as needed.

Professional Development: Stay current on lab safety best practices and support training and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or related field.
- Previous experience in managing a science lab or similar educational environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
- Knowledge of lab safety practices and equipment management.
