**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with **new and existing buyers** to build strong business relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams, clients, and forwarders to ensure seamless order execution
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proforma invoices, and basic export documents
- Maintain and update **buyer data and interactions in the CRM system**:

- Support follow-ups with buyers, and internal departments.
- Track shipment schedules and provide timely updates to clients
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- **Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively**
