About the Job
Indian Retail Services requires Out-bound Sales staff ( also called Feet on Street ) who will go out of the office and meet the customers/merchants at their offices/shops/houses. This job will not be a Desk job / Office job / Tele-sales job.
The Sales staff will sell various Point of Sales machines of HDFC Bank to Merchants and build a relationship with them. This business line is called as a payments business
Leads may be provided by the Bank or the Sales staff may have to generate the same on their own.
Office timings will be from 9.30 am 6.30 pm with the staff getting a Weekly Off.
The Sales staff will sell HDFC Bank products, work out of HDFC Bank branches and report into HDFC Bank Sales Manager but will be full-time employees of Indian Retail Services which is a Delhi based Marketing and allied services Company and will not be employees of HDFC Bank.

Salary

For the first six months, the staff will receive a Monthly Training Allowance of Rs. 2,000 and from the fourth month onwards instead of the Monthly Training Allowance a Performance Linked Incentive will be paid.
Over and above the Fixed Salary and Incentives, the staff will get the following benefits - PF, ESIC, Personal Accident Insurance cover of 2 Lacs and Mediclaim cover of Rs. 1 Lacs for the staff+ Spouse + Two Children.
