**Position description**:
Retail Assets-Consumer Durable-Instalment Finance Business - LSF RO

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed the assigned targets of consumer durable/ Lifestyle/Wellness/Lifecare category of loan through paper finance at large format retail stores/Regional Large Format Store/Retail Trade / Ge
- Souricng EMI business through HDFC credit card and debit card customers at the designated counters
- Meet the assigned target of bank's products and other cross sell products
- Adhere to Bank's laid down process and due diligence from Login to Disbursa
- Provide regular feedback to Supervisor on Market, Dealers, Customer's requirements
- Maintain defined TAT

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring timely repayment of sourced loan and support collection
- Adhere to Banks Code of Conduct at all times
- Customer Centricity and timely resolution of Customer/dealer issues and update supervisor time to time

**Educational qualifications preferred**
