Sales Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate sales activities, such as customer meetings, trade shows, and events
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
- Assist with the development of sales materials, such as presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
