**Job Description: Content Strategist**

**Location**:
Banarsi Heritage, 407 - 408, 4th Floor, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Office)
- Saturday: Work from Home (WFH)
- Sunday: Weekly Off

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: As per experience

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage **content calendars** to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Conduct **research on industry trends, audience behavior, competitors, and AI-driven content tools** to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to create **compelling campaigns**.
- Optimize content for **SEO, readability, engagement, and AI content guidelines**.
- Analyze **content performance metrics** and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with **brand voice, guidelines, and objectives**.
- Stay updated with **digital marketing trends, AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.), and emerging content strategies**.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field**.
- Strong knowledge of **content marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and AI tools for content creation**.
- Excellent **writing, editing, and communication skills**.
- Ability to **analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies** accordingly.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to **manage multiple projects** simultaneously.
