International Customer Service Representative

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming customer calls from international clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions related to products and services.
- Handle queries about orders, billing, service status, product details, and technical troubleshooting.
- Quickly identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams, maintaining ownership until each case is resolved.
- Deliver accurate information to customers, ensuring any pending cases are followed up promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Educate customers on the company's products and services, recommending upgrades or additional services tailored to their needs.
- Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in products, processes, and services.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Experience: 0-1 years/ Fresher’s with dynamic personality.
- Should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and E-mail correspondence.
- Fluency in English communication is mandatory.

.Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
