Support developing and facilitating MEL tools and activities to help in the identification, analysis, and synthesis of lessons learned from program implementation; facilitate incorporation of lessons into the activity cycle with timelines and share with all the stakeholders
- Participate in regular project management planning meetings and provide analytical feedback and support to inform technical decisions.
- Liaise and support in building the M&E framework with the global team, Ensure data capture as per MEL framework forPune; data management, analysis and reports, accurate and updated mapping (baseline and midline). End-to-end M&E for all projects
- Responsible for overall data quality control; conducting data verification and other quality assurance activities, including spot-checks, data quality assessments (DQAs), etc. to ensure accuracy of MEL data and reporting documents.
- Facilitate and/or provide M&E training to the project staff and partners at regular intervals
- Liase with collaborative partners, working group members, partner organizations, YAG and MSAG, and other stakeholders to evaluate the program impact
- Document the minutes of the meeting of the weekly calls, anchor partner calls, multi-stakeholder advisory group, working group, youth advisory and other meetings and track the actions to be closed.
- Develop communications materials including summary documents, materials for collaborative calls - multi stakeholder meetings/ other collaborative engagements, pitch presentations, newsletters, brochures, digital media, and web and social media content in line with the branding guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in MEL role in the development sector.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Excellence and interest in data analysis and advanced MS Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Interest in working with new databases and technology platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
