**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial practices comply with FAR, CAS, GAAP, and DCAA standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage indirect rate structures and provide support for pricing and cost proposal development.
- Prepare invoices for federal contracts, including cost-plus, T&M, and fixed-price formats.
- Maintain and support DCAA-compliant accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Deltek, Unanet).
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Prepare audit packages and support external audits, including incurred cost submissions and SF 1408 pre-award audits.
- Advise leadership on financial risks, cash flow, and strategic tax planning.
- Maintain organized and compliant financial records for all active and closed contracts.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Active CPA license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years supporting a government contractor.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

**N**OTE: This is not a fulltime position. It is As-Needed.

Pay: ₹859.00 per hour
