**Job Description: Online Reputation Management Specialist**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring Online Presence**:

- Track and analyze online mentions, reviews, and feedback across platforms such as news articles, blogs, social media, and review websites.
- Prepare regular reports on brand perception and reputation trends.
- **Responding to Feedback**:

- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage both positive and negative reviews, ensuring the brand maintains a credible online presence.
- **Content Creation and Promotion**:

- Develop and publish engaging, positive content to promote the brand’s values and services.
- Encourage and facilitate positive reviews from satisfied customers.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Handle negative publicity or crises with tact and strategic problem-solving.
- Work proactively to mitigate potential risks to the brand’s online reputation.
- **Reputation Enhancement Strategies**:

- Implement effective strategies to boost the brand’s online reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align ORM strategies with broader brand objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media, review platforms, and monitoring tools.
- Creativity in generating positive content and strategies to improve brand perception.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience handling crisis communication.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Alerts, Hootsuite, or reputation monitoring software.
