**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Coordination**:

- Assist in scheduling interviews, job fairs, and campus drives in collaboration with employers and internal teams.
- **Employer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners to identify current and future job opportunities.
Support students/job seekers with resume building, mock interviews, soft skills training, and job readiness sessions.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of student profiles, placement status, and employer contacts using CRM or spreadsheets.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- **Follow-ups**:

- **Support Career Services Initiatives**:

- Assist with career workshops, webinars, and alumni engagement activities as needed.
